【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300describesaframeworkforthespecificationofservicesrelatedtothemaintenancesupportofproducts,systemsandequipmentthatarecarriedoutduringtheoperationandmaintenancephase.Thepurposeofthisstandardistooutline,inagenericmanner,thedevelopmentofagreementsformaintenancesupportservicesaswellasguidelinesforthemanagementandmonitoringoftheseagreementsbyboththecompanyandtheserviceprovider.Thisstandardisintendedforusebyawiderangeofsuppliers,maintenancesupportorganizationsandusersandcanbeappliedtoallitems.Forconsistencyinthisstandard,theuser,operatorandownerarereferredtoasthecompanyandtheorganizationorvendorprovidingthemaintenancesupportserviceiscalledtheserviceprovider.Thisstandardisapplicabletoitems,whichincludealltypesofproducts,equipmentandsystems(hardwareandsoftware).Mostoftheserequireacertainlevelofmaintenancetoensurethattheirrequiredfunctionality,dependability,capability,economic,safetyandregulatoryrequirementsareachieved.NOTEForconsistency,thisstandardwillusetheterm“item”asdefinedin3.1.4,exceptwherethecontextrequiresotherwise.
