【摘要】:1-1.1Thisstandardshallspecifytheminimumrequirementsforthedesign,performance,testing,andcertificationofpoweredrescuetoolsystemsandtheindividualcomponentsofspreaders,rams,cutters,combinationtools,powerunits,andpowertransmissioncables,conduit,orhose.1-1.2Thisstandardshallapplytothedesign,manufacturing,andcertificationofnewlymanufacturedpoweredrescuetoolsystems.1-1.3Thisstandardshallnotapplytomanuallypoweredtoolsandshallnotapplytosmallmultipurposetoolsincluding,butnotlimitedto,saws,drills,chisels,prybars,shoringsystems,andsimilartools.1-1.4Thisstandardshallnotapplytopoweredrescuetoolsystemsorrescuetoolsthataremanufacturedpriortotheeffectivedateofthisstandardortopoweredrescuetoolsystemsorrescuetoolsthataremanufacturedinaccordancewithotherspecificationsorstandardsofotherorganizations.1-1.5Therequirementsofthisstandardshallnotapplytoaccessoriesthatmightbeattachedtopoweredrescuetoolsystemsunlesssuchaccessoriesarespecificallyaddressedherein.1-1.6Nothinghereinshallrestrictanyjurisdictionfromspecifyingorshallrestrictamanufacturerfromproducingpoweredrescuetoolsystemsthatexceedtheminimumrequirementsofthisstandard.
