【摘要】:ThispartofISO16063specifiestheinstrumentationandprocedurestobeusedforsecondaryshockcalibrationofrectilineartransducers,usingareferenceacceleration,velocityorforcemeasurementforthetime-dependentshock.Themethodsareapplicableinashockpulsedurationrangeof0,05msto8,0ms,andadynamicrange(peakvalue)of100m/sto100km/s(time-dependent).Themethodsallowthetransducershocksensitivity(i.e.therelationshipbetweenthepeakvaluesofthetransduceroutputquantityandtheacceleration)tobeobtained.Thesemethodsarenotintendedforthecalibrationofdynamicforcetransducersusedinmodalanalysis.NOTE1ThispartofISO16063isaimedatusersengagedinshockmeasurementsrequiringtraceabilityasstatedinISO9001andISO/IEC17025.NOTE2ThemethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO16063arebasedonthemeasurementofthetimehistoryoftheacceleration.Thesemethodsfundamentallydeviatefromanothershockcalibrationmethodthatisbasedontheprincipleofthechangeinvelocity,describedinISO16063-1.Theshocksensitivitythereforediffersfundamentallyfromtheshockcalibrationfactorobtainedbythelattermethod,butisincompliancewiththeshocksensitivitystatedinISO16063-13.note:1)Inexceptionalcases,shorterorlongershockpulsedurationsarepossible.
